Finishing up the month strong….the journey continues on through November with more tweaked ahead…

Day #25 – Thursday
•rest

Day #24 – Wednesday
•stretching/flexibility

Day #23 – Tuesday
•cardio (3.64 mi walk)

Day #22 – Monday
•stretching/flexibility

Day #21 – Sunday
•recovery

Day #20 – Saturday
•pilates
•core

Day #19 – Friday
•recovery

Day #18 – Thursday
•cardio (1.09 mi walk)

Day #17 – Wednesday
•stretching/flexibility

Day #16 – Tuesday
•cardio (3.08 mi walk)

Day #15 – Monday
•stretching/flexibility

….as you can see a busy couple of weeks incorporating this in with work, volunteering efforts, extracurriculars & social life….but nothing worthwhile comes without a fair amount of determination attached.

I tentatively hope to ease back into two-a-day workouts beginning in the month of November. By doing that I hope to get back to a 3/3 minimum routine (3x strength training + 3 days Cardio)
