Day #11 – Thursday

Day #10 – Wednesday
•recovery stretching

Day #9 – Tuesday
•kettlebell
•abs
•core strengthening

Day #8 – Monday
•strength training (50 minutes)
•cardio (spinning 55 minutes)
•cardio (kickboxing 55 minutes)

Day #7 – Sunday
•kettlebell

Day #6 – Saturday
•abs
•stretching

Day #5 – Friday
•kettlebell

….by now I’m sure you can see I’m on board with kettlebell workouts these days…
