Fit Fab 40s Fitness Challenge — Day #3

As you can see by the post title…I’ve embarked on another level of weight loss for the remainder of the year. More to come on the specifics in future posts. One aspect will be me updating my blog in addition to my other methods of tracking.

Here’s a quick snapshot of the workouts thus far:

Day #3 Wednesday

Day #2 Tuesday
•strength training (45 minutes)

Day #1 Monday
•cardio (50 minutes kickboxing)
•cardio (60 minutes spinning)

So far, so good…
